Al Lindner - Host, Angling Edge
In 1970, three years after returning from Viet Nam, a 25-year-old Al Lindner first appeared on his own television show sharing his love and passion for the sport of fishing. The show was filmed and directed by his brother Ron Lindner, and included his young 10-year-old nephew, James Lindner. This first family of fishing has continued to inspire anglers on-air every year without fail ever since. The Lindners celebrate their 40th season on television when Lindner’s Angling Edge premiers Saturday January 2nd, 2010 at 10:00 AM Eastern time on Versus. | Ron and Al Lindner Honored by the American Legion

November 2010, St. Cloud, Minnesota- Ron and Al Lindner (Lindner Media and Angling Edge Television) received a service award from the American Legion at a recent convention for taking Active Duty Troops, newly returned from deployment in Afghanistan on guided fishing trips. A Minnesota chapter provided a Northwood's cabin R&R plus food and beverages. Ron and Al, both vets, said "They were honored to be asked to help".
Lindner Media Productions also films, edits and produces a number of outdoor television series including Lindner's Angling Edge, Lindner's Fishing Edge, Glorvigan's Pro's Pointers, and FLW Bass Series and FLW Walleye Series. They also serve as co-hosts of the nationally renowned televison show Lindner's Angling Edge and Lindner's Fishing Edge airing nationwide.
Lindner Media's client list includes the most respected names in the outdoor industry including Rapala, Zebco/Quantum, Lund Boats, Shimano, Frabill, Humminbird, Storm, BlueFox, MinnKota, Mercury Marine and others.
