| Well after a few hundred muskies and coming close and a few heartbreaks, I finally got my first 50. Was casting a double cowgirl to a point on Lake of the Woods when she hit. My five and a half year old son had to hold the rod while I netted her. Measurements were 50 1/4 X 24.

| Congratulations. I got my first 50 (50.50-no girth taken) up there a week and a half ago. I hear they come quicker after the first one, but that may just be pure bs. Nice job on the fish. |

I had the same thought. I'll bet Dad (Cory) was nuts out of his mind. The little guy is standing there with absolutely no signs of tension. Cory thats a great fish and the fact it came with your son is even better.
