Location: Iowa | I've tried to use the search function multiple times and it says session timed out every time I try to search for bait organization. I know it's been posted before but I was thinking about doing something in my basement to better organize my baits. Anyone have pictures of what they do or have built or the link to the previous posts.

Location: Yahara River Chain | I took 4x8 sh0eets of plywood (1/2 in) and ran strips of wood (3 strips out of a 2x4) and use thjem to strenghten the wood and screwed them to the boards (one on each end and one in the middle, and two between the two) and place "staples" used in supporting electric wire on the joists in the basement. | I'm thinking of doing hat Muskie Nut has done, i just need to wait till i got my own appartment (im 17, living in a dorm, sportfishingfishing school).
I have a flambeau maximizer, it holds all my baits and just stays on my floor. When i go fishing i just grab a couple of boxes and fill them with the lures i want for that day. |

Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan! | I don't have any pics but I took two sections of Birch logs ran them as uprights and then two more horizontal at top and bottom. Deck screwed thos babies into each other then took the green plastic chicken wire and stapled that to the back of them and covered a wall with a very inexpensive but unquie way to hang baits. Now if I only had another 300" of open wall space......:-) |

| In my basement, I ran two 2 x 4's from the floor joists down to the ground and another piece across the bottom squaring it off. Then I drilled and put fairly large eye hooks into the 2 x 4's. Using steel cable to run between the eye hooks with a turnbuckle on one end to tighten the cable. Works awesome. Not the best instructions but maybe you get the idea. I'll take a pic and post when I get home from work. Simple and practical. You can run a cable like this just about anywhere. I have 4 cables running approx. 4' each but it would be just as easy to run (2) cables 10'. |

| Here are the pics of the rack I mentioned. A couple 2 x 4's, steel cable, a few lead crimps, some large eye screws, and a few turnbuckles. Pretty low cost.

| Guest, I've never actually tightened them since I originally made it. The cable with the rubber could be tightened a little but I just try to keep the bigger stuff on the sides. I need to run a couple more cables in my basement pretty quick as I'm running out of room. |

| after going through numerous different musky boxes and homemade storage boxes, i'm starting to think just hanging all on a wall and grabbing a handful when going on a trip is the way to go. especially with all the bigger baits. keep a few big plano boxes around, grab some lures and go...and much cheaper. |
