Posts: 196 | Fished Bluff all day water was 53 and pretty clear dragged 2 suckers all day with no results. Like I mentioned before C J Smith had about 10--- 12" suckers only $6.00 a piece we where casting everything that we had in the tackle box shallow and deep didn't see a fish ? | ||

Posts: 1283 | Was 55-56 yesterday from 12-7pm. Had one nice low 40 fish come in hot make one turn in the 8 then took off never to be seen again. I was just happy to see a fish, been really slow out there. | ||

Posts: 688 Location: Already Gone | She can be one fickle son of a gun...but they are there. Lots of pressure, lots of baitfish to pick from. Hang in there. This is the best time of the year to enjoy the Chain in my opinion. | ||

Posts: 1 | Drawdown? Is navigation on the chain hazardous after the drawdown...is it worth musky fishing after drawdown? Obviously, I have never fished the chain in late fall and I have never experienced this. Thanks | ||

Most people stay north in the fall and the fish is tough on that end of the chain in the fall. | |||
