I need to replace my truck tires as the first set is on borrowed time and we all know how spendy they are. Any great sources out there to save a buck? Not a tackle question but since most of us use trucks to haul the fun, figured it would be a great place to get answers.

Posts: 349 | Mills fleet... Watch for their rebates on Cooper tires. On my last set it was $80 rebate, $50 Mills fleet gift card, and 5% off the pre-rebate price for signing up for their credit card. Total cost was just over $400 out the door including lifetime rotate/balance and repairs.

Posts: 1150 Location: Minnesota. | Joe, I've been doing all of my tire shopping in Blaine at North Country Tire. I've known them for a very long time, since previous owner who was a walleye guy. Current owner, John, has been very open with me and suggestive of my "wants" in truck tires as well as trailer tires. Could go cheap or expensive and gives suggestions on each. Not pushy and they know the business. http://www.northcountrytire.com/ I don't go cheap anymore. It's too expensive!

Posts: 859 Location: MN | Great deals at costco I have used discount tire for the last 3 sets. I have been really happy with the price and service. Like the fact that my wife can just pull up and get her tires filled.

Gents, thanks for your input. I ended up with tire buyer for a set of BF Goodies. They were $40 less than Walmart and up to 160+ less than everywhere else I checked. Googling for coupon code tipped the scale with $50 off..I suggest to anyone buying something online to surf for coupon codes before pulling the trigger..
