Posts: 142 Location: Appleton, WI | Looks like a good event. If I understand the PDF if will be a random draw for the cash. Does it matter if you catch multiple fish, would 4 fish get 4 tickets in the draw? Any idea why tournaments are going to this method? An event on Vermilion did this last summer too, kinda hurts the "tournament" aspect of it a little. Entry is low, location is great should be a nice showing.

Posts: 50 Location: Duluth | You will be entered into the drawing for 1 fish after that any other fish will still count for the tournament but will not be entered in the drawing. The format is to deter cheating. It will be a photo and release tournament with no judges on the water. There will be prizes for the top 5 places I believe. And as you saw with the PMTT last year there are plenty of fish to be caught.

Posts: 1296 Location: WI | Just a note that the poster and info are still being updated. I think the tourny hours are 7 or 8am to 4 or 5pm. We'll have an ad in one of the Muskies Inc magazines and info on our chapter website.

Posts: 36 Location: Mpls/St Paul Minnesota | Should the event be the inaugural event instead of "1st annual"? Sorry, not trying to be technical, but it appears to be a fun and good event. I fished the PMTT and the fishery is ripe. It should be a good time Jason
