Can you put a swing tongue on a regular tongue with brakes? What is the typical cost?

I have one on my Eagle trailer. I think it was about $200 adder. Works great, and it allows me to put the rig in the garage with about a foot to spare. You may want to call Eagle, and talk to Chip. Perhaps they can sell you a kit that will work on your trailer? I think they show a picture of it on the website.

Other than that, go to a good fab shop, and see what they can do for you. The brake line on mine is flexible where the hinge is.
