Hedrick was the long time chairman of the Ottawa chapter of muskies Canada and considered by many to be one of the most knowledgeable muskie fishermen in Canada who fishes all over the Canadian portion of the muskie range.

That is a very good article about a man who has done so much for the fish, sacrificed sooo much of his time , money and resources so that future generations could enjoy. Never one to bask in the lime light, he is certainly deserving of some credit where credit is due.

Also a good article about what is truly a very unique and extremely productive fishery. It is quite shocking just how prolific it really is...for all species.
