I will be heading to near Eau Claire Lakes Chain for about a week or so near the end of the month and was wondering if anyone had some advice which they would be willing to impart about any of the area lakes. I will be up there with my dad and his brothers and we will have more than one boat available to us.
Thank you for anything you are willing to share.

I fished Middle right after opening and saw some good things on the south end of the lake. On middle try the large weed bed near the launch especially where it drops into the main lake basin. Also try on North west shoreline nice line of weeds that leads into 50 plus foot water. I will admit that I worked on this chain of lakes for 3 summers in college, very difficult muskie water, great for pike and walleye. Motor trolling is LEGAL!
