Subject: 8ft or 8.5ft bucktail Diamondback rod???????

I am in the process of buying/ordering my ultimate bucktail setup. I am going to get the Diawa Millionaire 300 with either a 8 ft Diamondback MH from Thorne or a 8.5ft MH diamondback. Can't decide which rod. What are your preferences?

Thanks in advance, hoping to have it for the TB tournemnt Oct 19th.
