Subject: Fall water temps

This is my first year muskie fishing and was wondering if you guys could answer a question? I'm heading up to the Chip the Oct. 11-13 and was wondering whether the fish will have moved deep by then or if they will still be shallow? The water temp. is usually about 58-60deg that time of year. Have seen some guys fishing shallow that late while wally fishing but others were fishing suckers deep. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Elwood Brehmer

The fish can be anywhere when the temps are falling as they are in October. I know many of the guides out there are still fishing the edges at that time. Mr. Dorazio, you see this yet??
