I have used the gdm6 from lowrance before, but was wondering if you can break waypoints into sections? I have lake michigan, fox chain, canada, and etc. all under the same name --all. I was wondering if you can highlight lake michigan waypoints and make them a seperate name on your card. Then bring up all your waypoints again and be able to seperate fox chain waypoints and label them the chain. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks TK

Yes there is an easy way to do it, but you lose any symbols (fish, weed, rock etc) you have in the process and all you end up with are the blue X's. I used mapcreate however and not sure if you can use just the GDM6. Basically you end up with the waypoints in numeric form and you can put them in an excel spreadsheet to breakdown however you want.
