Has anyone out there spent any time fishing Roberts lake in Forest county? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Havent been there in years so I dont know how much its changed but for what its worth the bay in front of the wild rose (the bar on the north west side of lake)has a real nice weed edge.And just south of there on the west shore there is a nice flat that used to hold alot of fish,great topwater spot. Where the public boat launch is that whole bay used to be loaded cabbage and coontail another good choice is to fish suspended fish rigth down the center of the lake. Orange/Brown , Orange, Firetigers .Never caugth nothing huge 30"s and low 40"s average. Big fish for lake mid 40"s. Great sucker lake. Good Luck ! [;)]
