I have a power drive trolling motor that does not have have the transducer in it. Has anyone come up with a slick way of putting one on them? I have seen them leave some slack to allow the motor to spin 360. I keep thinking there has to be a better way.

I've been around a lot of different Powerdrives, rigged a lot of Powerdrives and I've never seen a different way to rig one. Mount your transducer on the lower unit, leave a little slack, take the cord to the top of the Minn Kota head and use electrical tape around the shaft.

If you find a better way, I'd love to hear it.
