I am thinking of taking my best friend up there next year for his collage grad. gift. Does anyone have any advice on where to go/stay.and what time of year. thank you for any input.

I really like the Sioux Narrows area in July and August. The Sabaskong Bay area is a great Fall or early season area. Have never been to the Northwest Angle, will have to defer to others there. I have fished the WHitefish Bay area alot, but do not recommend that to a first tiee LOTW visitor without some help and a marked map.
