I have a question about a certain style of colorado blade. These are much rounder than most and nearly flat. I see them alot in catalogs and for sale but nobody uses them for making bucktails and spinnerbaits. I ordered some #8's from a place I have ordered from before but this time I recieved these blades. I have tried them before as a single blade and it did not spin much. I tried one on a spinnerbait and it fluttered more like a spoon and did not spin like a normal blade. I finally seen some of these blades at the musky show and I aksed the person about them and how they worked on his baits and they said they were just fine. My plan is to make double 8's with them. Anybody have any experience using a blade like this?

funny or sad, I too have bought some colorado blades that were much rounder than most colorado blades....ugh. They just don't perform like the others. I don't recall where I bought them, but I'm trying to figure out how I might use them.
Thanks for reminding me.
I plan on throwing mine away.....first lost is the smallest lost.....goodbye...
