Under the same brand will a 7' foot and 7' 6" with the same action and power fell the same or will the extra 6" make the rod whippper or feel different, I tried my buddies rod and like the priemer 7'2" which they don't seem to make. will the 7' 6" "feel" the same? Thoughts?

No. The rods will feel different in the tip section, and the way the rods load.
