Random quote: Muskies are nasty. They stink. They taste bad. They are hard to catch and will disappoint even the most devoted angler. The lures required cost more than some women's jewelry. The rods and reels require a remortgage of the house. The boat is always worth more than the tow vehicle. Sure beats the hell out of golf.

I've been digging around try to find alligator clips to hold my baits on my wheel and i seen some clips in a picture but the screw eyes were half in /out. Does anyone know of clips that are strong enough to hold the bait while the screw eye is all the way in.
I tried the plastic clips at Menards to no avail.
Thanks, Joe

my bait's are held horizontally between 2 wheel's and to secure them to the aligator clip's i use stainless steel welding rod bent into a 'u' shape which i put through the eyes which are fully screwed into position, hope this makes sense
