| Cave Run has really turned on, record setting PMTT last week and this week numerous fish over 40 inches were taken by guest and clients of Mountain Muskie Lodge. Trolling seemed to be the most productive as it seems our fish are scattered all over the place. High speed short line and prop wash trolling took muskies of 45, 44.5, 42.5, 41.5, 40.5 and 40 inches and several others in the high thirties. Wiley Lures and Lil'Ernies claimed most of the fish. Working timber, breaks and creek channels at speeds of 4 to 5.6 MPH with 10 to 15 feet of line out while several mini-cold fronts passed thru. A few fish were taken casting but trolling proved the most successful.
