Subject: Apple River Report?

My brother and I used to fish the Apple River, just north of Amery, WI. I tried it once last year, during July, and the weeds were so high and thick it was very hard to fish. Is the water level higher this year? How high are the weeds? Thanks!

I grew up about 5 miles from there ! water is a little high and wow the weeeds but it is produceing some good fish this year if you do not want to mess wiyh the weeds there is always deer lake.
