My 6500 is in need of a little attention, I'm looking for a place in southern wisconsin that has good turnaround time and is not real pricy and is able take them in by mail.

Not in southern WI, but central - try Sportsman's Repair Shop. Chuck Brod knows more about baitcasters than anyone I have met. Most parts he has in stock. He does the mail in thing too.
