Subject: Lund wiring issue

I am trying to hook up a new fish finder/gps on my Lund Angler 1700 and can't get it to work. There are what looks like it should be two wires for just this on-dash set up right under the steering wheel however when I hook up to them I can't get power to the unit. The pre-wiring in the bow works perfectly. I have to believe I am hooking uo to the correct wires since they look identical to those in the bow. Anyone run into this problem with their Lund?

Check the fuse panel for a missing or blown fuse. If all is well there put a volt meter on the wires and see if you have power there.

Good luck
