I live in Central Illinois by lake shelbyville. The river below the dam had got lots of musky. What is the best way to fish for them during the winter? Most of the time during the winter there is a little current. What would be the best baits to use?

muskybob,

I fish the spillway some and the river there, email me at [email protected] and I might be able to give you a few suggestions.

Or (I highly suggest) you post your question on the official Lake Shelbyville Muskie Club website/message board (www.shelbyvillemuskie.com). There might be a few locals that visit the site that could help you out.
