Subject: Posting a Pic

I would like to post a picture. However, I don't seem to have the box below the text field called: Attach a File After Posting.

Perhaps because I signed in as a guest?? I believe they are bitmap pic's.

If some one assist in what I am doing wrong it would be appreciated.
