Hey Fellas,
I am heading to Lake Namekagon in 2 weeks...Oct. 22-25 and was curious if the cool down happening right now is enough to make the turnover between now and then...the temps at night don't get much above 35-40...at least that is what weather.com says for Cable, WI which is the closest town to Namekagon...is it good or bad to have the lake turnover...what is the deal with the fall and lake temperature as pertained to muskies...I have never fished in the fall before so it should be fun...

Yes, the lake should be completely turned by then. It's neither a good, or a bad thing, just a function of the water temps becoming the same top to bottom. Work the green weeds, rocks and sharp breaks with you favorite lures and you'll do well.
