I wanted your guys (and gals) opinion on weather the water temps were too warm in the metro to soak some 17" suckers this weekend. Its hard enough for me to go out and not sling all day but when the water temp is right nothin' beats a live sucker. The lakes I was on last weekend were between 68-70 degrees. Does anyone know any water temps north of Minneapolis. I usually don't start sucker fishing until the 55-60 degree mark but this year has been so different.
-One of the top 5 coolest Augusts and the warmest September on record.-What?

It is never too early to soak some suckers, and this cold front is just the ticket!

Happy bobbing for muskies!
