Subject: question about a fig rig rod

I had a buddy who is very new to muskie fishing drop off a rod/reel at work today and ask me to inspect the line b/c he was breaking off very often (even without backlashing) and he was curious if 80 lb test should break that easy. on inspection the rod tip guide was chipped and loose and needs fixed -- he bought it at the Columbus show but did'nt remember the vendor, can someone familiar with fig rigs give me a phone number (the guy doest'nt have internet) for a representative for fig rigs. Thanks ManitouDan
