Does anyone else have trouble keeping the 6" Slammer crankbait under water? Also is it supposed to run left instead of straight in? Thanks again.

Lynn,

You are probably having trouble keeping the bait underwater for the same reason its running left on you. With any crankbait, you must make certain that it is running correctly, if not the bait must be tuned...so how does one do this? Grab the eye on the front of the bait with some needle nose pliers and very GENTLY bend it in the opposite direction the bait is running. You only have to bend it a millimeter or two so go slowly and easy. Now retest the bait and continue this process until it runs straight back to you upon retrieval.
