Building baits for over 10 years and I have struggled to install the lips, my eyes are not as good at the age of 81, so I am going to make a jig or a mold so I can center the lip
but I am struggling to make it
Anyone that has an idea how to center a lip please help out thank you

I wish I could help more, the only thing I do is when I have my lure cut and ready for lips, I will draw a line along the top, and I tape my lip up once it's cut, and draw a line straight. It is still done by eye, but it helps looking along the bait and keeping it all lined up.
I tried to make a bit of a jig, but I make too many different baits and with the wood and human error, there was a bit too much play. It didn't really work.
