I am going to be fishing a lot of nights early season. Most likely 8pm to 1-2am. I normally dont fish nights until mid season. Are you guys targeting structure that time of year overnight or weed edges or more open water? Would you favor clear lakes or stained lakes? I am thinking deeper weed edges near spawning grounds as a starting point.

Locations change drastically in June from super shallow right away and then transitioning to adjacent spawning areas. Then mid to late june it's mainly open water. Same spots you'd fish during the day.
