I revisited my bass size flaptail. Last batch worked well, BUT, the standard .035 blade was a tad heavy for the amount of wood. It sagged a bit in the rear:( Had to make my own blades in a thinner metal for bait to perform....

SO, made a slightly fatter body, to support the .035 blade. Calling It the Little Fat Boy. Tested them this morn, and all worked Awesome.

Muskies really seem to attack a smaller bait....Some other advantages to the smaller bait is less leverage for fish to throw, less of a splashdown in skinny water...Not spooking fish.

 Your thoughts?

Orange tiger was previous size, Purple is a full size flaptail....new Size, 2 greens and black/orange!
