I had a "spongey" storage cover on my rod locker lid and replaced it from ranger parts dept. for $180.00 (05 620vs) which including shipping. I just wanted to share that if you are considering repairing/replacing call the manufacturer first, it took 5 weeks to be made and shipped (newer thicker reinforced style as well) but was well worth it considering the research I did had these lids at $600.00 to be replaced by manufacturer and had a estimated repair to be done myself at ~$100.00.......anyhow pick up the phone and if your lids are in need of some tlc, money well spent.

Last year,Ranger replaced all my lids for my 04 ...620 with no charge. I simply asked about replacement, and Ranger took care of all costs including shipping. I was lucky!!!
