I got this in a raffle last fall, it has a 19.99 sticker from R&H on it, though a scan of their online catalog did not give any info on the bait.  It's a ribbed WTD of some variety.  Anybody know?

At first glance I think it means "Hitting the floor laughing my F***ing A$$ off".... Just a guess. The dude that used to make that bait... Last name I believe is Dekoster... Or something like that... Anywho, he worked at REEDS, in Walker MN. He would always try to up sell it. It was hilarious. Most ridiculous bait since the Dying Fish or the Pig. A+ for sense of humor though!
