Looks like a firetiger Phantom soft tail to me.

Musky Tackle Online has them - hence the picture.

Hard to tell from that video. But I was thinking Phantom Softail as well.

Yes,it should be a lure as phantom soft tail, burt, etc.
However, anything it was I prefer the H2O HardHeads !!!

I'd say the sq burt, weighted version

I would lean towards this myself. It seems to be a little longer and narrower than A Phantom.

Looked like a phantom burts and jakes do not turn 90 degrees on a tap.

It's obviously a WTD glider so I'd have to agree with ToddM. Not sure how it could be a burt or a jake. The video is titled "Death Pause", and I'm pretty sure that's referring to the nice shimmy the phantom does on the pause just like the HH.

7-1/2" Firetiger Phantom Softail. I've watched that episode a couple dozen times. Lee's also sponsered by Phantom Lures so it checks out.

In the actual episode it shows Brian landing a fish and a caption appears on the screen that states it's a Phantom Softail. I don't know if there is a longer version of the segment on the internet somewhere, but it would be nice to find.

I fished with Lee over the summer, the bait looks like it's in better condition in the Video. His topwater baits are awesome as well.

I agree with ToddM,

Burts are one of my confidence baits and unless I've been missing something for a number of years now -- you cannot fish a squirrley Burt in a walk-the-dog manner. Dive-and-rise, yes, but walk-the-dog -- no.
