I thought that since folks really seemed to like the release shot thread, I would start one that featured family fishing pics (be it muskies or other fish). Trips with mom, dad, grandpa and grandma, and the kids. Here are a few I look at a lot in my free time. I don't know about you all, but my pops will always be my #1 fishing partner.

The first pic was taken in New Zealand this past summer. We were surf casting for big snapper, but didn't get any.

Here's my Dad and I on a Canadian fishing adventure. Dad didn't want to do the "gill hold" anymore....I think it was a 38.5" that was caught while shore lunch sucker soaking and I have him setting the hook and the fight on video. Going back up this May as well.....

Here is one of my all time favorites! It is of my son, John, who is 12 and this is the musky he boated while filming an episode of "We Live Outdoors" this past summer in Eagle River, WI. The show is actually airing this week on OLN (Airs at 1:00pm Eastern on Saturday). The memory was captured on TV, and we will share this moment forever! Hope some of you can watch it this weekend!

Hey Muskiemook,
In that middle picture, is that your guide in the back ground holding the spinning rods?? If so what was the name of the guide service again? (If it is your daughter, I apologize in advance) LOL! Later, Tom

I have a bunch but this first pic is the ultimate take a kid fishing picture, the second is the fish my oldest son caught. Hard to tell but it's raining in these pics too. Can a kid be any happier than this?

I have so many this could be a Worrall Album post. I deleted our album a few weeks back in a fit of misguided Vaio computer angst, I'll have it back uo better than ever when I have about 10 hours to dedicate to scanning pictures. Keith and Brian are still my best fishing buddies, with my best friend being Sue. Sorry, Beav, you just aint as good looking. I have a couple with Slamr, too, who calls me Dad. One of my favorite is with another MuskieFIRST angler who calls me Dad, Tomyv. To be posted later, i'm in another freaking hotel at another show....
