Who would you like to interview in the chat room this Winter? What subjects would you like covered? We will open the online seminar season the second week of January.

All topics work out well, but I would like guides to cover all major musky destinations (near and far), I would love to hear about lures and tackle as well as bait modifications and lure building, I would like to hear the pros and cons about boats, motors, and accessories, and many of the archives that were lost enable previous topics to be covered again in greater depth.

Let's target one chat on triggering follows and converting more follows into strikes and let's target one on just discussing stories of the biggest fish we have ever seen or had on but lost.

Let's plan some informal outings together

Well, for the old guy, we've had Dorazio in the past. He's always entertaining, and is a great guy(de). hehe

How about somebody from Lake St. Claire? Captain Frank, are you up for it?

Sponger would be great!

I thinks it's about time that the Extreme One gets a night for hisself!

Luke from Lowrance was very informative. I'd definately help set this one up again.

Frank Walsh? Bill Sandy? Dick Pearson? Some of the others, as mentioned. I should have home access again in about 2 weeks! I'll be there, f'sure!

Steve, if you know where next year's MuskieFirst outings are going to be, a person familiar with those waters, accomodations, nearby attractions, etc. would be a good choice. We've had Tony Grant chat about rattlebaits at Cave Run, maybe invite Gregg Thomas or Crash to give us a pep talk. thanks for asking! m

New Meat: Don Pursch of Rowan Lake Lodge and one of the early In-Fisherman muskie gods; Billy Sandy resident LOW expert and top producer on LOTW; Steve "Herbie" Herbek from Eagle Lake; Pete Maina, Al or Jim Lindner

Old favorites: Steve Worrall (my favorite contrarian); Dave Dorazio (the shortest muskie giant); and of course "The Spongemeister" (can you imagine all the one liners that he must have pent up inside him!? He probably is just about ready to burst!)

WOW! Will all these guys do an online seminar for free? Pete Maina or Dick Pearson? Seems like really good free advertising for them, but dont guys like that charge BIG BUCKS for seminars?

For many of these guys timing is everything. If we can be worked into their schedule and tied into an appearance for something else, those "big bucks" can be minimized. For example, if an individual is coming to the Chicago Muskie Show, he may choose to give a meaningful discount to speak in the Milwaukee area at the same time.
As far as, "free advertising", it doesn't mean much to the larger profile personalities. It isn't a bad thing certainly but free advertising would be much more important and valueable to those who are just trying to make a name for themselves.
