Posts: 2361 | sent me an email today, not only delineating his success with large musky since Oct. 1st, but also managing to besmirch my many and varied fishing skills, AND the precious and beloved water that I fish, all in the same message. I am not one to hold a grudge, or be put off by a little teasing, and thus I am sharing his pics of the fish, so he can get full credit for his part in their capture, and the remarkable size of all the fish. I have even resized the pics and enhanced them with my computer program so that they are easier to show, and at the same time, easier on the eyes, and in so doing, I have eliminated all possibly offensive content from the pics, while retaining their basic intergrity. Posts: 1996 Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | I was hoping to see a pic with Mr. Winther in those shots from that guy from Canada. That guy is not a rotten fisherman...and his lake aint rotten either.

Posts: 32955 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Probably, sorta like a perfectly cooked 20 ounce 2" thick T Bone with a perfectly prepared baked potato and.... Hate to have THAT happen very often.

Posts: 32955 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | That's it. I'm going to make the trip and fish with you guys this winter, just to witness the interaction. I may not even cast.

Posts: 94 | Come on down Steve, but you should know that we have a new regulation down here that all "Yankees" need to buy a special permit to cross the Mason-Dixon line. PM me and I will tell you where to send the check.

Posts: 906 Location: Warroad, Mn | Steve: You'd like Tennessee. Much warmer than Warroad, Mn or Wisconsin. The lake is nice. the fish are very fat, although pretty hard to fool at times. Check with Chris on where to send the check, I think he also takes credit cards and paypal. For FSF, here's one from today with my head attached. Posts: 2361 | Well, I am not sure if it is caused by being carried on bad lakes, or maybe the excessive shad load emits some noxious gas which affects a camera, but lordy, my Nikon program seems to have developed a bug somewhere in the works. Sure hope it doesn't pop up on any of my fish pictures this winter, or all our spring pictures might end up like this! And I'm just tellin everybody that comments about the lakes I choose to fish, and my, ahem, "shad fishing skills", are not helping me fix the problem with my camera. In fact, in some cases the bug seems retroactive. Darned thing! We might face camera failure if you finally get that TN 50. And you know those "in the boat" repairs can be extremely costly! | FSF always sneaks in during the week so we haven't caught him yet. He did contribute to our club down here so we don't look to hard.
