Thanks guys...I was just talking about that top foil which annoys me...I don't like doing them...Its not the extra work either...It would be OK if I was satisfied with the final outcome, but I guess I'm too particular about things like the edges of the tape showing up...And I don't like how the paint fades when painting on the etex....Not my cup of tea, that's all.

I know just what you're saying. I can do a foil, and not like the edges, think it looks like crap, but next week buy one from someone, and think, boy that looks good, and I'll guarantee, it looks the same. Your looks fine. Doug

Not only do they suck to look at, they carry the same suckiness below they water as well. Had a 46 eat one just sitting there floating while I was releasing another one. Even the muskies don't like them and want them gone!
