Location: Perham, MN		Yeah its not a muskie lure but i figured i would put it on here anyway. This is my latest decoy. Its carved from white pine and has walnut fins. I also make a few baits but i dont have any pics . I appreciate any comments

Holy C#$P that is amazing!! How do you get the scale detail, that is unbelievable. That is just unreal, great job, got anymore styles to post, I would love to see some other style!

Location: Perham, MN		I have a burning tool that I use to make the scales. I do sell my decoys. They run about $8-$12 per inch. Heres a link from a previous post if you would like to see some more of my work. I wish I could post pictures with higher resolution...

Location: Medford, WI		Those are amazing. You have some serious talent and obviously are a very hard-worker. My dad, who's had his own taxidermy business for about 15 years now really wants to get into wood carving in the future. I only hope his will look like yours. Awesome job and thanks for showing them.
P.S. If you have anymore musky decoys/carvings, please let me know or post them.

VERY good craftsmanship indeed! You have an incredible talent there and thanks for sharing the photos with us. I'm curious about the eyes on the Smallie...did you paint them or are they taxidermy eyes. They really add to the realism.
Love your color matching abilities too!

Location: Perham, MN		Nice looking bait Ev. I have made some cheater decoys but nothing like that. I carve and paint my own eyes for the majority of my fish. I use glass eyes for the bigger ones.
