I checked into that can use it if it isn't the main point of the video which it isn't and it is clearly posted what the song is and who the song is by

Still may violate copyright laws unless you have permission from the artists. Most will not give permission without placing proper credits at the end of the video. It doesn't matter what the 'main point' of the video is, even background music playing on a radio during a video can be in violation.

There are a number of websites with royalty free music you may use free or purchase for a nominal fee, which is your best bet. We can actually be required to remove a link to a video in violation, and that's happened several times.

I went on to yourubes audio library and looked up the song and says it can be used for playback or music for a video and YouTube wouldie taken it down if it wasn't compliant with its policy
