Uni-Knot. Then stretch them for a week or so after you tie them up.

I tie a Nail Knot then crimp the tag.

x 2 on this. I also dab a drop of super glue on the knot itself.

EDIT: And, after I have made a few, I drop them in boiling water for a few seconds and then let them hang for a week to straighten out.

Just buy Stealth Leaders. Cheaper in long run and not as frustrating

I've been trying out the Crawford knot and find it to be an easy to tie and compact knot in 80 lb. flouro.

.....which after looking at the diagram, is very similar to the Crawford knot.

double barrel crimp. no knot needed. mushroom the tag end, snug tight, crimp.
saltwater guys been doing that for many moons.
