do a search on here if you want a ton of info on the topic. There is a great selection of rods for rubber...James' TI rods in XH and XXH are very popular for good reason as are LT big dawgs, okuma xxh, musky innovations monster mag etc..depends on personal preference and budget but from what ive used and can speak for: TI XH rods (both for budget and great quality), LT big nasty (my absolute favorite all around rod), Vince's Migizi 9'3 xh (also an excellent all purpose rod and my big bait rod), and a predator...if you have the cash get a predator...incredible rod, I will have one again some day

The musky mayhem rods a really light and stiff rod. The tAckle industry rod is way to soft in my opinion I heard such good things about it but once I got one I went out once with it and ended up selling it. I use the lijewski xxxh and its bad ass for ripping big cranks and big rubber. Awesome rod for 10 inch glides also.

I personally like the Custom X 8'6" XH for launching the big stuff. I fished with others and they did the job I personally like these rods and they are priced right in my opinion.

If you are only going to do mag sized rubber and 10" twitchbaits I'd get the a Heavy Predator blank with 2" off the tip. The H blank is noticeably lighter than the XH and if you are only tossing stuff up to Mag then there is no reason to get the XH. As an added bonus, the H-2 is an awesome all around rod and will handle just about everything, even 13s.

If you are thinking about using the rod for Pounders and the really big stuff then it might make sense to go with the XH.

Thanks for your opinions, the lures i'm Not going to use with the rod i'm looking for is dubbel 10s or bigger blades. Lures i'm going to throw mostly is mag/doubble dawgs and 10" twitchbaits plus some pounders. Regarding the baits i mentioned, Is the Okuma Evx 9'3 XH a suiteable rod or wich rod should I go for?

I havent used the 9'3 xh but I have used the 8'6 xh and IMO its really light in the tip and wouldnt handle pounders like id want it to. Id go with the XXH if you want to stick with okuma.

If price isnt an issue, go with a Migizi or a 9'0-9'3 XH predator...I use those for 10" gliders, 10" pearsons twitch baits, grandmas, etc.

I use a Musky Innovations Bulldawg rod rated 4-16 oz. for the exact things you mentioned. I love it. Works well. A little flex in tip for casting, and lots of backbone.

I don't throw pounders alot but it will throw them ok.

I used the Okuma XH 9-3 my first season. It is rated 4-16oz as has been stated, it will handle all the baits you are talking about. The big issues with that rod are the weight (it is heavy) and the backbone. I found my Okuma to be very rigid and would not load well on casts unless I was using heavier baits, like Mag Rubber or Pounders. (the rod really casts Pounders well.) This might be a challenge when switching over to the much lighter (in weight) twitch baits.

I would suggest giving people a price point you are looking at spending. The Okuma can be had for as little as $85 if you shop around. The Predator is a $400 proposition. Note that the advantages that cost gets you is the much lighter weight rod, the ability to customize, and a rod that will cast baits in this size range with far greater ease. You get what you pay for when it comes to rods.
