| Mark, I was thinking the same today and our season is 2 months away.
Anyone got some good catfishing tips for this time of year?
Drove over a creek today and there was some 10 cars parked there, I guess the burbots are a biting. |

| Well, let's see. Nice weather today, and I was all set to get the boat and break in the motors today. Oops, kinda hard to get it to the lake with no TRAILER! Boat is sitting there all rigged and ready for a shake down, and the trailer is a week late. Oh, there's always next week. Probably gonna be 35 and raining[:knockout:]. So, I ended up driving the wife to Fond du Lac for my nieces baby shower. I spent the afternoon cruising on the brothers H-D. Almost as fun as driving the new boat would have been.
Hang in there Mark. Two more weeks, and you'll be sliming that rig for yourself! I was gonna tow out there just to hair-ass all you guys, but I got a Bullhead tourney to attend on the Pete that Saturday.[]

| Sponge: Not necessarily stoned...but beautiful.[:sun:] |

| Lol FP! Me neither...fortunately I was left w/ just enough "cells" to find my way home + to perform menial tasks here around the house![::)] [:sun:] |
| |
| Sponge: the above message was from me,fishpoop. |
| |
| Sponge - I think it's "feed your head", and given the context, a likely reference to injesting 'shrooms or perhaps synthetic rainbow brain gobblers. Been a full-tilt participant at too many (and too few) Dead shows to misunderstand such things. You, too, me thinks.[;)] Ah, the old days.[] |
| |
| Again LOL FP! I developed a product I named "Cell Jel"...keeps the brain cells in proper alignment + only needs to be used every 3 weeks...the downside is the head injections sting like the b-g-bees + blurs me vision for a minute or two![;)] [:sun:] |

| Im so tensed up I have to vent with road rage,,,at the cloverleaf on the freeway I just go round and round exiting on the on/off ramps..Its my way of figure 8'ing,,Also since were Quoteing jefferson airplane,,,let me leave you with the words from another rock band REO
"YOU CAN TUNE A PIANO,,BUT YOU CANT TUNA FISH" |
| |
| Gooder one Hook! Ranger, you are correct! My younger yrs were spent hugging waves, women + skateboards...surprised I can remember any words to any songs![:sun:] |
| |
| Hooker: Actually my quote isn't from the Airplane, it's at the end of Hendrix's song "Are you Experienced?"
Sponge: Send me a train load of that CellJell when you get it on the market. Sure could use it. I got all my cells,I just can't remember where I put them.[:p] |
| |
| Hooker: Now that I think about it, your method of figure 8ing must be difficult to do in a boat. |
