Posts: 164 Location: Twin Cities | Most of them have not been updated in the metro. They were supposed to have new decals put on a long time ago but they have yet to do it. I believe NMMI donated money towards the updates.

Posts: 90 | Looks like the sign is updated now to 40" minimum on the East landing. Has anyone caught Muskie or tigers out of eagle? I've heard from a few people the lake froze through in 2014. I know the crappie and perch bite is good when I ask anglers out there when camping. Wondering if it would be worth it to try to catch and release a muskie out there. Posts: 90 | tolle141 - 4/12/2017 3:49 PM hardest lake in the metro in my opinion Have you fished out there? Hard to catch fish in general or are you referring to hardest lake for muskie? I see a few boats out there from time to time and they often stay in a few spots for longer periods of tjme.

Posts: 90 | bllhogg - 6/30/2017 9:06 AM i think tiger222 is talking about eagle in carver county... Correct, I've noticed they have stocked tigers in the past, as well as walleye, bluegill, and bass. Wondering if they fishing is any good out there for muskie or tigers and if there are even any muskie in there, the dnr has never trapped any according to their fishery surveys. Edit: my apology. I thought this whole thread was about Eagle Lake in Carver county and not the one in Hennepin. Didn't mean to hijack this thread. Edited by Tiger222 6/30/2017 9:59 AM
