Posts: 7039 Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | We're happy to announce for the open water season of 2008 (May to November) Okuma Fishing http://www.okumafishing.com will be sponsoring a monthly photo contest. The winner will not only receive an Okuma hat and t-shirt, but will also be featured on the front cover of MuskieFIRST. Pretty basic rules: A new thread will be started at the beginning of every month, and will be active for one week. Contestants will enter a picture of a fish caught recently by posting to the Okuma Fishing Monthly Photo Contest thread. At the end of that week myself, Mark Rogers of Okuma (California_Muskie screen name) and Mike Winther (lambeau) will judge the pictures. Judging will be based on photo quality and presentation versus being judged soley on fish size. Pictures should be related to muskie fishing, but do not necessarily need to include an actual fish. Enter as many times as you want, but you can only enter each picture one time. Please make sure to check out the new Red Isis reel, the EvX line of rods and my personal favorite, the Induron reels. Location: Athens, Ohio | I've been out in the rain today and just got in. Here's a 36 I got at Salt Fork May 4, a bit better shot than the one previously posted.
