Got some new flashy odd colored prototype double #10 Colorado bucktails. Trying to do some wild combos. Do you guys like these crazy combos? They all have 2-6/0 heavy muskie hooks with triple split rings on a 062 wire body. About 3oz in weight right now.

TIA

Thanks RM. That means a lot coming from you! I am in the camp that is does not matter what a big bucktail like this looks like. Just that it has two big #!0 Colorado blades on it. With that said my hair tails sell like crap! LOL and it is because tehy have hair and not flashabou so I must conform to the market place

How many hooks on them? Did you shrink wrap the back hook?

Yep. Tails hook has the shrink wrap on it. I will have a bunch made up with Hedron glow material with various flashabou mixed in too. Not sure how well they will go. Seems to be a LOT of double #10s hitting the market these days.

Some Glow in the darks? These seem to be a flat YES or a NO for people so I tried to make these good for day or night use. I should have all 26 new colors up this week. Thanks to those of you that sent me PMs with your color ideas over the last many months!

Looks good! I really like the baits in picture 2 and 3 and the glow baits would definitely be interesting. Great stuff!

Thanks Nate. I really can't take credit for most of the color combos. Hate to admit it but when I go fishing with my hard core muskie buddie(s) they tell me what to throw! LOL And hence tell me the color combos to make for stained lakes, clear, etc. Also a lot of guys here sent me PMs and emails with what they wanted for their specific lakes. I like pretty baits myself with flash or baits that look mean like the black ones. I guess it is from having an overbearing sister when I was young who liked tea parties with Barbie’s but also broke all four of my front teeth out when I was 4 My tackle box looks like a stripper and a possessed clown joined forces and made all the decisions. Thanks again.

Nice baits tackle booty, I have ordered some flashabou myself and some glow skirts. How many skirts are on those they look really fat!!? Where can you find larger shrink tubing too for size 7 or 8 split rings?

Shawn,
[email protected]

needa70lber,
For the glow in the dark I have 450 strands of the glow material with about 100 strands of the flashabou material. Those strands are of course then doubled over on themselves. Electrical supply or a Home Depot will have the electrical shrink tubing. They come in all diameters.
