Where are you headed to fling large lures in an attempt top CPR a Muskie this weekend? I'm on the road to the MWC in Green Bay tomorrow and then back for the Outing meeting at night. Sunday may be an evening trip on Pelican, I believe. you?

Sticking around home and prolly hitting shawano, taking the girlfriend out to see if she can put one in the boat finally...... She keeps forgetting to set the hook!
I took her out for southern opener, I had a nice 40 come in hot, I lost my footing in the turmoil of wind and waves and couldn't complete the 8, well, just so happens she was bringing her bait in at the same time, made one turn and the fish slams her bucktail......... she just sat there with the rod bent..... FROZEN.
hehe the look on her face was priceless. Needless to say, that one got off too!

Just bought her a new Garcia Record, nice comfy thumb-bar, smooth reeling, now she has no excuses I tell her

Should be good sun-tanning weather for her anyway......

First trip out on Shawano Lake. Within an hour of home so it's time to learn some local water to fill in the gaps between trips to Eagle River. Really looking forward to it too.

Have a great weekend all!

Trout Lake, Ontario. Doing a little fly-in with work. Too pumped, no ski, but some larger northern.

Local tiger hunts in the mornings of both weekend days. I'll be taking Pointerpride and his boss out tomorrow. Too much recreational boat traffic after about 11:00 to deal with. Monday I'll be taking the boys out again; I'll let them decide where we should go.
