| Just bought a used Suzi 115 4 stroke. It has about 20 hours on it. Have taken it out twice. So far, no problems. Like the motor. | |||

| Ty Sennett has been running Suzuki forever and he absolutly loves them. I ran a 70hp Suzuki tiller for 3 years and never once even had to think about a problem. I bought a 2001 Tuffy that had a 135 Optimax three years ago. After having nothing but problems with the Opti I upgraded to a 2005 115 Suzuki 4 stoke. I can't say enough good things about Suzuki. Extreemly reliable, quite, fuel efficient, powerfull and the prices are good also. If you go with Suzuki I do not think you will regret it. Duane | |||

Posts: 578 Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI | Absolutely LOVE my Suzi!!!. I am going on my 4th year with my 90hp. I have had it on LOTW and I can put over 100 miles on and drop about 8 gallons in the tank. Needless to say, I fill about every 3 days. I run out on Lake Michigan and I can make 3 trips running 10+ miles, troll for 2-6 hours and run in. I will not be buying any other brand of motor unless they stop making them. I do not see them stopping either. They have about the top 4 stroke technology out there. You will not be disappointed. Chuck

Posts: 91 | Was in my buddy's boat w/ a 50 hp Suzi for a week on LOTW and we'd get 40 miles out of a 6 gallon jug. It was also nice to have a normal conversation while going wide open without having to yell over the noise of the motor.

| I've had my 140 SUZY on my 17 1/2 ' Guide Boat for 3 years and just love it ,I can troll all day at 2-1/2 ml. hr. uses less gas than my old 115 2 stroke, and allways starts when you hit the key. Marv. | |||

Posts: 688 Location: Northern IL | I have a 2000 15hp tiller on my 15' Tuffy with more than 1200 hours, I have nothing but praise for this motor, it's unbelievable! I just wish that the previously owned 2002 30hp tiller I put on my Lowe ran 1/2 as good. I have never been entirely happy with it, I have put more that 1700 hours on it and you may say that's a lot of time but it has limped along for years, in and out of the shop many, many times with no answers. We have it torn down now and who knows? I purchased the extended warranty,, we will see.

| As indicated in the previous posts, Suzuki rarely needs servicing. In the past, when they did, it could be a long distance between dealers. Suzuki is working on expanding their dealer network as seen by thier new dealer in Trego, WI. Wild River Sport & Marine is now a full line Suzuki dealer, as well as Merc, Yamaha, Johnson and Evinrude. We also are a Tuffy Boat dealer. | |||

Posts: 1996 Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | I have been running a Suzuki since 2004. I had an 1850 with a 140 on it. The motor was everything I wanted in a motor; reliable, quiet, and very fuel efficient. Last year on LOTW I fished the first three days and only used 17 gallons of gas. Back in my Pre-four stroke days that would have been about 50 gallons! I liked it so much I ordered a 200 Suzi on my new Tuffy.
