Posts: 4520 Location: Chippewa Falls Wisconsin | I have been watching this war in detail.....but more and more my mind wonders to the three or four big waters they have there. They look like they need muskies and I cant think of better place to go for an outing in 10 years in the middle of winter. Yes our boats might get sand blasted but its a small price to pay to catch large lunge in IRAQ. Teaching CPR might be a little tough at first, but in time they will understand in importance. What are your toughts on this....or am I just some crazy northwoods Wisconsin guy living in a land out of season wishing I was on the water......somewhere!

| Good chance if you try to burp one, you'll get a face full of Sarin gas, as there is a strong possibility that is where some of it is. Camels will hiss and spit on you, and land mines could pose a problem, as I'm sure the best fishing spots are trapped. The desert is a very inhospitable place, and you'd be better off finding an oasis closer to home!:O | |||

Posts: 3920 | It must be these latitudes, Jason, that bring on the worst parts of last-of-the-winter cabin fever. Babbling is one of the symptoms. Last week I was rambling something about Jedi musky fishing. C'mon up the the Menomiee River, a boundry water where special walleye is open now, pike opens May 3. The river's been open for a few weeks and just today the snow banks finally melted away at the boat landings. I put a new plywood floor in my boat, the old Blue Fin hasn't looked this good since 1975 or so. C'mon up in a couple weeks and I'll take you out.

| One thing we must consider...by the time the U.N. got around to passing an amendment, france would no doubt veto stocking any fish that had TEETH, or any fish that couldn't be made into a PASTRY...but then again, they now HAVE NO SAY SO, do they!?:O | |||
