Posts: 4053 Location: Land of the Musky | Just an FYI for those close to the MN Sportsmen's show next week (Jan. 12-15). I know of a few other musky retailers and manufacturers will be at this show to so it should be a great show. Tackle Industries is happy to let you know we are expanding in 2012 to include a few fishing shows. We will have some great specials on overstock colors as well as some lure we are liquidating. We will be offering select musky & pike rods and lures for up to 70% off! Nothing wrong with the tackle. We either got product in bad packaging, too many colors or a large retailer may have discontinued a lure color and we need to reduce our inventory. This will be a great opportunity to get some great tackle for a big discount! We will also have our current line of musky rods on special for $120. If you do plan on coming to pick one up let me know what rod you are looking for so I can bring a few extra. Just email me at [email protected] I already have about 35 per-ordered for the show so please let me know. It really helps so I do not run out of the rod you may want later in the week! Special additional discount to all active and inactive United States Veterans. With proof of service all Veterans will receive an additional 10% off your purchase. We are also happy to announce that all profits from the sales of our Tubby Tube lines will be donated to Children’s Charities and Veterans Benefits in 2012. Also, bring your kids into the TI booth and I will get them a free lure at the show next week. We hope to see you at the show!! Posts: 4053 Location: Land of the Musky | polarkraftdave, I will be at the Michigan Musky Expo and the Madison Fishing Expo show in February with the same specials if you can make it. Also, I am happy to email you what I will have at the shows. I realize with gas at $3.00+ and depending on where you live its not always an option to go to a show. [email protected] James PS-My booth is R23-R24 for the Minnesota Sportsmen's show. Can't wait to see all the hunting and fishing stuff. I was at this show 10 years ago and it is huge event! See you guys there and bring your kids. Posts: 3147 | How was the St Paul show has far has interesting booths and attendence I was at the Chicago show. I started going to the St Paul show in 1971 when I was in grade school this used to rival the Minneapolis sports show it was big ,'ON TOPIC' well attended, had a las vegas type floor show,,,but the last 10 years or so its really shrunk and 25% to 1/3 of the show was off topic booths-Miracle mop,Chiropractors,House gutters, etc. anybody who went have an impression?????????

Posts: 13688 Location: minocqua, wi. | we made a quick stop at the show and our highlight was 1. finding a family vacation spot, 2. bought a transom-saver product and 3. found out that yarcraft is owned by the same company as bass-cat ... walked by the TI booth and it was busy. good turnout and a worthwhile stop for us on our way to pizza at Red's Savoy Inn!!! that stuff is good!!!!

We stopped by on Sunday and looked a few resorts. Got to meet James and pick up some bucktail skirts. Thank you again for the free lure for my son. He is very excited to try trolling it this summer in the hopes of catching a "huge muskie." I wasn't shopping for a rod but the TI rods looked very nice and will definately get another look when it comes time to buy a rod.

Posts: 4053 Location: Land of the Musky | Show was good! Got to meet a lot of people and kept busy most of the time. Hard not to with the estimated 20,000 people that walk through the doors over 4 days. Got to give a lot of kids some free lures too so that was nice to see lots of kids smiling. LOL I had BoobJigs across from me at the show. What a walleye jig to fish with! Had to buy some for myself for my next Canada fishing trip. They are actually very cool and technically they appear to be a very nice jig that will stand up at a 45 degree angle making your minnow look like its bottom feeding. Don't worry, the site is tame... They also do stuff for cancer charities too so its a good company to support IMO. Boobjig! LOL http://www.boobjigs.com/ Bikini Ice Fishing team was not too bad to hang out with either... Wife did not like the signed poster though. James
